Fresh from her February sell-out shows in Dublin’s Sugar Club and Scott’s
Jazz Club in Belfast, Stella returns to the Bray Jazz Festival after a few
years, and is thrilled to showcase songs from her newly-launched album,
“Look for the Silver Lining” – and more!
A collaboration by Stella with the exquisite Johnny Taylor Trio, this album
brings you a heady mix of delightful swing, intimate ballads, intoxicating Latin grooves, as well as, for the first time, some of Stella’s original songs.
The quartet will work their way through not only material from the album, but a selection of their favourite jazz standards, songs from the movies and more. Joining Stella and Johnny Taylor in this top rank quartet are Barry Donohue (double bass) and Dominic Mullen (drums).
